Tuning E string standard

Starting Keyboard tune can be played on guitar by muting the right hand against the strings and playing the E note (5th fret) on B (2nd String)..Also if you listen carefully there's a background muted guitar playing the B string with the notes C#-B-D-in sync with the keyboard tune. This can be played as
